I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent consultation with Dr. Akhatar. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and did not meet the standards I would expect from a professional healthcare environment.
During my appointment, I observed a lack of professionalism, beginning with Dr. Akhatar’s attire — wearing flip-flops during a medical consultation, which I found to be inappropriate and unprofessional in a clinical setting. This created an impression of informality that did not inspire confidence.
Furthermore, I felt that Dr. Akhatar showed little empathy or understanding towards my condition. Throughout the consultation, I felt dismissed and unheard, despite my efforts to explain my symptoms and concerns respectfully. The communication lacked reassurance and compassion, which are essential qualities in patient care.
Overall, I was very surprised and disappointed by the experience. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to ensure higher standards of professionalism, empathy, and communication in future patient interactions.
