Dr Stacy. Russell.
Put a plan to wean me off Diazepam in October 2025 from 8 to 7 to 6 and said do not worry this would be over 1 to 2 years and she left me with horrific withdrawals went from 8 diazepam to 4 in 3 months . I emailed so many times for help and was ignored . I went from 8stone to 7stone within 4 months. She said I would be checked during withdrawal which I was not and was left critically ill. Chronic pain in head neck eyes with severe tremors. As I have 2 brain disorders FHD and Dystonia that both give me tremors. I was ignored by her for help and began to feel suicidal as I had to go to hospital for in Dec 2025 and called NHS 111 as I was refused medical care.. Instead off calling me to see how I was. I received a letter from her practice to give me 21 days notice to find another pratice. Phone call and letter can be provided as proof of the above.
