Dr Fox who specializes in minor surgery has refused to remove a cyst from my left eyebrow. He claims this is beyond his medical skill. I believe he has refused ne this treatment because I made a complaint against his colleague Dr Donaldson for bullying me. I have had these cysts get very large overnight requiring emergency hospital treatment and sweat constantly runs onto my eye but they claim its cosmetic.
